- 9:04 am Wanda Rutter, custodial staff of Biddle Hall on East Green, scrubs down the sinks in the second floor Men’s Restroom Friday Morning. Wanda has worked at Ohio University 9 years, first as dining hall staff and now enjoys her work as custodian of Biddle Hall. She makes rounds Monday-Friday doing various chores to help keep the students staying in the hall comfortable.
